I was fortunate enough to attend a session with Myles this weekend, and can’t recommend his coaching enough.The way he breaks down the running motion and explains the science and the concepts was really clear and accessible. The video analysis he did was very impactful, and made it easy to relate what he was talking us through to what I needed to focus on. I came away with a much better understanding of the key elements of the running motion, much better technique, and a clear framework to help to continue trying to improve.
Had a great group session with Myles on Sunday reflecting on run technique. It’s a great format with simple tips, demonstrations and video analysis. A few hours in my running genuinely felt different and I was putting new ideas into practice, trying not to over stride or heel strike. Really recommend this to casual or serious runners who are just a bit interested or trying to optimise performance 👍
I was lucky enough to catch Myles for a session during his holiday in Dubai. Despite the fact it was a one off session during his trip I benefited greatly.He broke down my form within the session and modified each component separately making sure never to overwhelm with information. Then by the end of the session brought everything together. Alongside this he thought me how to “self-diagnose” and correct my own form so that the practice and progress could continue even after he left! Would definitely recommend working with Myles!
So stoked to have booked a call and a gait assessment with Myles. I had no idea I was overstriding & his instructions to help fix this helped almost instantly. I was only supposed to practice 1k at a time but after feeling the difference, I definitely can't go back to heel striking yikes hahah. For arm movement, that will take some time and strengthening but if you're looking to really understand how your moving and how to run efficiently, I highly recommend booking an assessment with him, thanks Myles!
