Sign Up and Confirmation

Once you sign up, you’ll receive an email confirmation along with a welcome message from me. Together, we’ll decide the best date and time to begin your coaching journey.

Choose Your Coaching Format

You can select either online coaching or in-person sessions in Gloucester, UK. For in-person sessions, I’ll provide full details on where to meet, what to bring, and how to prepare. We’ll arrange a mutually convenient date and time.

Schedule Your Online Sessions

Online coaching is available Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm GMT. This schedule accommodates clients in Australia in the morning and the USA later in the day. Weekend sessions can be arranged upon request, depending on availability.

Onboarding

Onboarding begins immediately after you join. You’ll be asked to send six short videos, which you’ll upload to a shared Dropbox folder. I’ll review these videos before your first session to understand your movement and plan your coaching effectively.

Coaching Sessions

During your sessions, you can take notes and ask questions at any time. Each client also receives an ebook outlining the movement principles we work on, so you always know what to do and why it matters.
